Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the warehouse floor is free of hazards and debris at all times.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment daily to ensure they are in safe working condition and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents and injuries in the warehouse.
- Perform inventory counts and stock checks to ensure accurate inventory levels and report discrepancies.
- Package and label goods properly for shipping and distribution to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
- No experience required: We provide paid training for the right candidates.
- Ability to obtain a forklift license within the first week of employment.
- Basic math skills for reading order tickets and inventory counts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
