Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select, pack, and label products according to customer orders using RF scanners.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to ensure stock levels are correct.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Load/Unload: Efficiently load and unload trailers and delivery trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
- Reliability: Punctual attendance and the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
