Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload freight, ensuring accurate handling and placement.
- Conduct routine safety inspections of equipment before and after each shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and labeling.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification training (we will provide training).
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
