Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks and trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Ensure accurate placement of products on pallets and racks.
- Perform daily safety inspections of the forklift and work area.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory control and stock rotation.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Willingness to learn and obtain forklift certification.
- Basic reading and writing skills for documentation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (if outdoor dock work).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
