Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack: Retrieve items from shelves accurately using handheld scanners and pack them securely for shipping to customers.
- Inventory Accuracy: Maintain precise inventory counts and update systems in real-time.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company standards before shipment.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Adherence to Safety: Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Entry-Level Open: No prior warehouse experience required; training is provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic Literacy: Comfortable reading labels, scanning barcodes, and using computer terminals.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order fulfillment speed.
- Reliability: Ability to work a consistent schedule, including overtime when necessary.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with a diverse team of logistics professionals.
