Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Assist with packaging and shipping duties as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required; we will train you.
- Ability to obtain a Forklift Operator Certification (paid training provided).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory tracking.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and punctuality.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
