Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and proper organization of stock on shelves and in the yard.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure it is in safe, working condition and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets efficiently.
- Perform basic paperwork and data entry regarding stock movements and damages.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of shipments for distribution.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory tracking.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (training provided).
- Valid driver's license (non-cdl) or state ID.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
