Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials from trucks, trailers, and railcars using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Inspect equipment for safety issues and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Organize, stack, and label products to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Basic English language skills required for safety instructions and communication.
- Driving: Valid Driver’s License is preferred but not always required depending on the specific role.
- Attitude: Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills.
