Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
- Inspect forklift equipment before use to ensure proper working order and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in designated storage areas to ensure easy retrieval.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and warehouse policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate shipping.
- Perform routine cleaning and organization of workspaces to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting and stock checks.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and a pre-employment drug screening.
- A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn new machinery and safety procedures.
