Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Perform routine inspections of forklift equipment to ensure it is in proper working order and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Verify inventory counts against shipping and receiving documents with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow all safety protocols, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock replenishment.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and understand inventory labels.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
