Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and ensure proper labeling of stock.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections on all equipment before use.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in the organization of shipping and receiving areas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification through our on-site training program.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Good vision and the ability to follow verbal and written safety instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
