Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, locate, and stack inventory within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing cargo for transport.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure equipment is in safe operating condition.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Organize stockrooms and shelves to ensure inventory is easily accessible and properly labeled.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required by management.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (we provide training).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and paperwork.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
