Key Responsibilities

  • Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
  • Inspect incoming shipments for damage or errors and report discrepancies to management immediately.
  • Organize, label, and stock inventory in the warehouse management system accurately to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
  • Package and prepare products for shipping, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct.
  • Assist in general warehouse maintenance and equipment checks as required.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
  • Basic math skills for inventory counting and labeling.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety regulations strictly.
  • Forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level roles.
