Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage or errors and report discrepancies to management immediately.
- Organize, label, and stock inventory in the warehouse management system accurately to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Package and prepare products for shipping, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and equipment checks as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and labeling.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety regulations strictly.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level roles.
