Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels through regular cycle counts.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Inspect equipment for damage or mechanical issues before and after use.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Assist with basic warehouse maintenance tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required; on-site training provided.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification within the first 90 days of employment.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory scanning.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
