Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move products.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper organization of stock within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification (training provided if you pass the test).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License (not always required for internal ops, but preferred).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
