Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently.
- Ensure warehouse organization by maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock placement.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure it is in proper working order and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse floor and equipment.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and obtain forklift certification (we offer training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic English skills for safety communication and instructions.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- No prior forklift experience required.
