Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision and care.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of all machinery to ensure safe operation.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation of all shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management to minimize shrinkage.
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory needs.
Qualifications
- Willingness to obtain a Forklift Certification (we provide the training).
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory tracking.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
