Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize inventory within the warehouse safely.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure safety and functionality.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily production goals and material needs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and handling paperwork.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
