Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely drive and operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to load, unload, and move materials.
- Inventory Management: Assist in counting stock, organizing inventory, and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Material Preparation: Prepare pallets for shipping, ensuring items are securely wrapped and labeled for transit.
- General Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections on equipment and report any maintenance issues to management immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- No Experience Needed: We are looking for eager learners; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions.
