Responsibilities
- Safely Operate Equipment: Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Control: Assist in counting stock and maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure order accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Maintain Equipment: Perform routine pre-shift inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately to maintenance.
- Order Fulfillment: Assist in the picking, packing, and staging of orders for shipment or delivery.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: No prior forklift experience required; we will train the right candidate.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid state-issued driver's license is required.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain high accuracy in inventory counts.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and pass a background check and drug screening.
