Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to OSHA standards.
- Inspect equipment for safety issues and report any maintenance needs immediately to supervisors.
- Assist in inventory management, stock organization, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification training (we provide the training!).
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
