Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a high-volume warehouse environment.
- Load, unload, and stage products according to shipping labels and inventory management systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Inspect equipment for damage or defects and report any issues to management immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate inventory counts.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic reading and writing skills to understand safety guidelines and labels.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety instructions strictly.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime, as needed.
