Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, ensuring cargo security and proper placement.
- Perform daily safety inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- No previous forklift experience is required; we provide paid training on-site.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a positive, can-do attitude.
