Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment daily to ensure they are in safe, working condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by tagging and organizing stock.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies regarding material handling.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- 1-2 years of previous forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory and pallet counting.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
