Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks (PIT) to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure it is in safe working condition and report any maintenance issues.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accuracy in the warehouse management system.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Stack and organize pallets efficiently to maximize warehouse space.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator License (required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math and computer literacy skills.
