As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that inventory is moved, stored, and retrieved accurately. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to shipping/delivery locations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of the forklift and work area to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and proper labeling of stock using warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S principles.
- Collaborate with team leads to prioritize tasks and meet daily production goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Denver facility.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
