Responsibilities
- Safely Operate Equipment: Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (Reach Truck, Pallet Jack, etc.) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load & Unload: Accurately load, unload, and stage shipments to ensure timely distribution.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid forklift certification (CDL not required).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Skills: Basic math skills for inventory counting and strong attention to detail.
