Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products from the warehouse shelves according to customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Inspect items for quality and ensure they are packaged securely to prevent damage.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to health and safety standards.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic math skills required for accurate order fulfillment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience is necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
