Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of inventory accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize handheld scanners and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) to track stock levels in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring proper handling of all materials and equipment.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse technology (RF scanners) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Los Angeles facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including overtime during peak seasons.
