Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move palletized materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently to meet daily shipping deadlines.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of trip hazards.
- Accurately count, scan, and stock inventory using RF scanners.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to maintain high productivity and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required for the Forklift Operator role.
