Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and reach forklifts to load, unload, and move materials efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated areas to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Certification (must be presented at interview).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and record keeping.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
