Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down, reach, and stand-up forklifts to move materials and products safely within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper securing methods.
- Utilize RF scanners to update inventory systems in real-time.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks.
- Keep the warehouse organized and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator license (CDL not required).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to OSHA safety standards.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
