Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to safely load, unload, and transport products within the warehouse and to shipping docks.
- Verify inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts and maintaining precise digital records.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and fully compliant with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately to management.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets efficiently.
- Assist in the accurate packaging, labeling, and staging of shipments for domestic and international distribution.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Previous experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts (counterbalance, reach, or turret truck).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and standard warehouse procedures.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners and warehouse management software.
