Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to transport goods within warehouse facilities
- Execute inventory management tasks including stock rotation, cycle counts, and documentation
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform basic operational checks to ensure compliance
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Utilize warehouse management systems for accurate record-keeping
- Support loading/unloading operations for inbound/outbound shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA 10-Hour preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/material handling environments
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and overtime shifts
