Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently pack customer orders according to size, weight, and shipping guidelines.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Sort, stock, and rotate inventory to ensure optimal product availability.
- Operate packing machinery and handheld scanners to track inventory in real-time.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve packing discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation and a commitment to punctuality.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
