Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by counting stock and verifying quantities.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Inspect equipment daily to identify any mechanical issues or hazards before operation.
- Organize the warehouse floor to maintain clear pathways and a tidy workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and labeling.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Must be willing to obtain a forklift certification through our paid training program.
