Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct pre-shift safety inspections and routine maintenance checks on all equipment.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Accurately receive, store, and pick merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications
- Must be willing to complete our paid forklift certification training program.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
