Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products.
- Inspect forklifts daily to ensure they are in proper working condition and report any mechanical issues.
- Organize and stack materials in designated areas to maximize space efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with company safety standards.
- Verify inventory counts and document any discrepancies accurately.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C) is required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
