Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, or RF Scanner) to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure it is in safe working condition.
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders and shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid forklift certification (CFP) or ability to obtain within 30 days.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred but not always required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for Part-Time shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Skills: Basic math skills, attention to detail, and good communication abilities.
