Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory.
- Load/Unload: Load and unload freight from incoming and outgoing trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and performing regular stock counts.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with all safety and sanitation standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and company policies at all times.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and log sheets accurately.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must demonstrate a strong work ethic and punctuality.
- Basic Skills: Good basic math skills for inventory counting and record-keeping.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
