Responsibilities
- Safe Operation: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Loading & Unloading: Efficiently load and unload shipments from trucks and trailers.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections and report any equipment issues.
- Workspace Hygiene: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid and current forklift operator certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety standards.
- Availability: Flexible schedule availability, including weekends if required.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
