Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and documentation.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Perform routine safety inspections and maintenance checks on equipment before use.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating forklifts (counterbalance, reach, or cherry picker).
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
