Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to safely load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform routine pre-shift inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure operational safety.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and logging stock movements in our WMS system.
- Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in the organization of pallets and storage areas to maximize space efficiency.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (CFL, OSHA, or equivalent) is required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or industrial environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and material handling techniques.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems.
