Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on forklifts to ensure safe operation.
- Organize and stack inventory in a neat, orderly manner to maximize warehouse space.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Assist in inventory counts and document stock levels accurately using warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by promptly cleaning spills and organizing work areas.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training for forklift certification.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and ticket verification.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
