Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently throughout the facility.
- Load and unload trailers and trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and safety checks before and after shifts.
- Organize inventory and stock shelves accurately using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for shipping and receiving.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C) or willingness to obtain certification.
- 1-2 years of previous experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and accuracy.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
