Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse facility.
- Inspect forklifts for mechanical issues and ensure all safety protocols are followed during operation.
- Prepare shipments for delivery by staging pallets and ensuring accurate labeling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S standards.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (valid license/certificate required).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety regulations.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory and timesheets.
