Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and organize inventory with precision and speed.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections on forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and correct documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure production targets and shipping schedules are met.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) license is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and material handling best practices.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory data.
