Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect forklifts for any mechanical issues and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts and document stock movements accurately.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid and up-to-date Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA preferred).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
