Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and warehouse equipment to ensure they are in safe working condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by tagging and labeling stock appropriately.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and meet daily shipping targets.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including sweeping, organizing aisles, and debris removal.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) or valid forklift license.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
