Responsibilities
- Operate various types of forklifts (Sit-down, Stand-up, Reach) to move, stack, and retrieve merchandise within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, verifying inventory against shipping manifests.
- Organize warehouse aisles to ensure clear access and safety for all personnel.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area in accordance with OSHA and company safety standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CFO) or equivalent experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or RF scanners is a plus.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company protocols.
